Doing fine now about just drinking water. Been over 2 weeks, and only had that one day when it was a struggle. Not having any of the diet root beer in the house got me through that. Had an appointment with my psychiatrist this morning, and she was very pleased at the switch to caffeine-free and then off soda completely. Things have been very calm downstairs, so not really much stress right now, PTL! I enjoyed 9 days of peace and quiet while my grandson was in Nevada with his dad. Seems to be really responding well to the VyVance now, and he hasn’t really had any outbursts since he got back home on Monday morning. NOT doing well on food choices. I think I’ll go and make some sugar-free Jell-O to have on hand!

I’m struggling today. I miss my best friend, Diet Soda! I gave it up on June 26th, and it had been pretty easy until today. Stressful day
