Sugar Cravings
Increase your protein intake to 1.5grms per kg of ideal body weight. For me that 120grms of protein per day at 80kgs. This helped me with sugar cravings. Hope this helps and good luck.

How can I increase my salt intake without eating junk?
I add 10grms of salt to 1.125ltrs of water and drink that throughout the day. Initially you may find it hard to drink but I got used to the taste really quickly and prefer it over plain water now. I drink at least 2ltrs of water per day to remain hydrated. The salt will help with muscle cramping. If you are still getting cramps buy some slow release magnesium tablets. It may take a week or so for the cramps to completely disappear so be patient. Let me know if you try it and if it helps. Good luck
