Woke up refreshed and frightened at the prospect of continuing this descent after months of work. I just read my previous journal entries and there is definitely a pattern for the last three weeks; week of stumbling, week of retribution, week of fail etc... Yesterday I went home early from work due to sinus' (thank you winter 2013). However, I made a dinner right out of an Eating Light cookbook. Total dinner was 477 calories. Night snack was one serving of frozen yogurt. Now this morning I make two scrambled egg with one slice of reduced ham and two slices of 2% American cheese. Couldn't finish it and gave the rest to my dog to celebrate national puppy day. Gil Gerard (Buck Rogers)once told me back in November after I told him about my decision to get healthy; 'congratulations on taking your life back"! Blew my mind when I heard that. Well I've been a little down lately, but it ends now! I've got my life back but I'm not letting it slip through my fingers.
