Been a while since I’ve been on this. Hope everyone is having a wonderful New Year!
Took the last week of 2022 off from working out to visit Yosemite National Park. Now back to grind and focusing on trying to add more beef. That week off from training was tough though as I definitely felt a noticeable difference in strength.

Winding down on my cut. Almost there but having to walk past the table with all the Xmas sweets every time at work has been tough! Temptation is always there but gotta stay on point and keep grinding away 💪
