Dear All,
Today was my 4th day on this 800-1000 Cal diet. I do not lie, it's difficult to hold on to eat 5 times a day, on specific hours. Buttt, I'm doing my best. I'm not cheating. Even though I see people eat french fries and grilled chicken etc. I hold on to my diet. I want to complete the full 30 days and losing at least 10 kg. This diet promised you to lose at least 7 kg to 10 kg. It depends on your body.
For now, I'm doing okay. Walked and run a mile yesterday and today, So I'm pretty happy with myself.
On Monday, I'm starting T25 focus workout. I'm pretty excited about that one too.
Hope this has been an encouragement to everybody. YES WE CAN.

Started a diet where a chef brings food for me everyday at 12 noon. With it she brings a fruit for 3 o clock and a salad for 6 o'clock for a month. Started yesterday with detoxing, today too. I weighted, and lost 2.6 kg in just a day. Starting really really good.
