Good morning,Just a gentle reminder, the main reason for dieting and training is to be healthy “mentally and physically “ before your look and shape. Don't push yourself so hard that you get injured or hurt yourself. your mental health is always a priority

One cup a day for the usual days, and 3 to 4 for the special days. Most of the time I use vacation and travel to boost my metabolism, so consuming more coffee is part of that.
