Fortunately, I maintained most of my weight loss in spite of Aunt Flow coming anyday now, no exercise this last week (focused a lot on work), and not paying attention to what I have been eating. I am very thankful I have not crept back into the 180s! Hopefully, I will start exercising again and getting back on track with eating right!
I will also say that I got a nice compliment this morning (even though it was probably inappropriate). I went to a networking meeting, and the person introducing me said he hopes I join the group because I am really pretty. Even though it was an inappropriate comment for the venue, it was still nice to be hear (in public nonethless) that someone thinks I am pretty, despite my being 50+ pounds overweight!
I hope everyone else is doing well.

HELP, please! After 6 weeks of eating well, I fell off the diet a few days ago, and am having trouble getting back on. I don't know what caused my weakness - perhaps stress, or as another member describes, Aunt Flow is on her way - but I have been eating way out of control (large quanities of popcorn, cookies, pizza, bagels, etc.). I feel stuffed, tired, and like I may have gained back everything I lost - (not likely, I know) - but I am terrified to get back on the scale - so I won't, not for a while anyway. Any advice for resuming after a major setback would be most appreciated!!! Thanks...
