Good morning, start vacation next week, I'm sure the eating will begin, Last vacation was in Italy gained 30#, Hopefully won't be too bad this year, My wife is in Colorado, but I'm just staying home, been cleaning and painting, probably ride motorcycle every day and hopefully some detailing on bike. Classes resume on August 12, so getting primed for that, Dr. on Tuesday for blood test hoping to have everything line up for that. And of now, I'm DO N OK!

Good morning, Hanging in there, seems I've been DO N OK, Wife is now in Colorado for a 3 month nursing stint will be back in October, Have not been feeling the best, putting new shelves in closet, painted yesterday and reloading later today, vacation starts next weekend, don't plan on going anywhere, oh well lots of motorcycle riding.Need to see Dr. shortly for blood test and I'm DO N OK !

Woke up same thing #189, Was at my wife's house last week, she called me cadaver body a few times. I really have not even been trying to lose any weight lately, and I'm surprised I'm still holding. We are in summer schedule have only been doing OMAD as all the gas is turned off at the college. I'm sure will jump up in weight as my wife will be moving back today and will start to eat out more. Hopefully will not rain today, would like to go on motorcycle ride today, wife said she would be here noonish, so will see if she wants to do lunch out. And I'm DO N OK !

Had my anniversary last weekend went to Sarasota to see wife. Her 3-month stint is over this week so moving back this weekend, I did eat out of ordinary, but was surprised at weight, stomach is not back to normal after the week, hopefully gets back on target, Summer session is now back in College, so not so many students. Rainy day in Miami not so much in Fort Lauderdale, And I'm DO N OK!
