Any loss is a good loss and very much appreciated. Seems like I'm losing a pound every 2 days now. When I was heavier, I was dropping the weight fast. Now it's slow and steady but my body's appearance is changing and I'm really enjoying seeing the changes. I have loose skin but that is expected because I was really big. I'd rather have loose skin than to go back to being unable to walk more than 10 minutes without getting extremely tired, and just watching my life pass me by. I wasn't on a strict keto diet but I may need to go back to strict keto to push my body back into ketosis. 🤔 Hope all of you have a wonderful day.
