Woke up a bit late again. 🙃 I'm not in ketosis yet but pleased with the loss. No sugar and no carbs should do it but it's taking a minute to get started.

I had to do a little calorie adjustment and it seems to be working. My weight was maintaining but maintaining isn't my goal right now. I'm happy to see a loss no matter how big or small. I have to go and have lab work done today. I'm hoping that goes well. Most of all I hope all of you have a great day with plenty of happiness and success.

Breakfast: Conecuh Sausage 69g, 4% Cottage Cheese 85g, Mild Cheddar Cheese 39g, and 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs 155 cal. Total of 476 calories.

Woke up late this morning and kinda glad I did. 😊 I must've been more tired than I thought. Down another pound and I'm just about at my 180s. Woo-hoo! 2 more pounds and I'll be my lowest weight since college. Those were some wild days. 🤣 Gotta love being a DJ. The things we see when people are having fun. 🤣 I hope you all have a blessed one.
