wk26 d4 pregnancy: thankfully maintaining this weight since May 27th. I'm getting bigger, but weight stays in same ball park. I completed my exercise challenge, and the hip pain is minimal, BUT..... now my left knee osteoarthritis is flaring up... icing and compression it is. I will give the resistance band a break..... I can not freaking win.

I gave myself a lil challenge: complete 7 days worth of exercise. Yesterday I didn't do any structural physical therapy exercises, but did walk the dogs around the yard for 40 mins, 20 mins per pup. 7 days, in a row, done. its rained all morning, maybe it's passed now. I wasnt to mad swim lessons cancelled 2 days in a row cuz I'm wiped. One thing I learned was each days wasn't the same. I switched exercises around, added more sets/reps to different ones, used resistance bands either more or less. some sessions longer, others shorter. It made me realize: as long as something is done it's better then nothing at all. It doesn't have to be the longest (happened to be 27mins) but it can be something (shortest was 12, due to appt). Today, motivation was low. but I still completed the thing.

i got my new watch today, a samsung galaxy watch4 classic! my old Samsung active Fit2 on the right.. water logged...it turns on but only flashes "Rebooting" and does....nothing else. not sure what exactly to do with it!

proud owner of a 2018 dodge durango RT. so nice to not rely on my unreliable mom and $4 per trip in town transportation. i can drive from my house to work/school in 4mins...gosh. we spent $120 per month for bus service for the youngest to go to school.

week 26 day 2: (total gain- 13lbs) Yesterday: I did water aerobics, watched swim lessons for an hr (1 session per boy), we had lunch, did a lil housework, and went swimming at a lake for 2 hrs. used lots of sunscreen and actually used an umbrella to protect myself from all that sun. I think my scalp has sunburn. Today, we pick up our new truck, so my hubs goes into work late.
