The weather app says it's 18°c and only 68% humidity. There's no way at all that's correct. It's so hot I'm getting migraine auras and so humid I literally feel like I'm choking every time I breathe in. I ate 3 chocolate biscuits yesterday just to get my calories up a little because eating properly is just impossible in this awful weather. I miss the proper Welsh summers I used to have when I was a child, rainy and grey and wearing jumpers through July and August 😅

Today has been a long old week (and it's only half 3!) so not counting today. Torn between a pizza and a chicken burger with chips. Back on it tomorrow, but, for today, the stress relief that comes with not having to prep and cook and wash up and tidy away is much needed
