I took a look at my weight history and just realized that I am the lightest I've been in at least a year! I took a majorly long break and was sure that I had gained, only to be pleasently surprised! It must me from my job, I'm walking constantly, 8 hours a day! I love my job even more now! Ok, enough exclaimation points... I need to buckle down and get serious again. I have lost 21 pounds so far and just keep thinking about how much more I could have lost if only I had applied myself. Gotta keep at it! 1 more pound till my next mini goal.

Felt great today! Hopped on the wii and it showed a loss! I'm doing my happy dance now!

I did much better today than yesterday. For breakfast I had a huge salad, and for dinner I had a boca burger on a multigrain sandwich thin with veggie shreds mozzerella flavoured cheese and mustard and chips and salsa on the side! I then froze cranberry juice in ice cube trays and ate the cubes for dessert! It's been a super great day and I bought lots of meat substitutes! That way I can still have the food my husband loves but just a better version. Let me say that he had taco bell for breakfast and mcdonalds for dinner! With that kind of temptation, I feel super proud!

Having my ups and downs, but I keep trudging along. As long as some weight, even a fraction of a pound, is lost, I'm doing good. I let myself get hungry today and ate a whole bag of soybeans. I mean, at least it wasn't chocolate, but I have to stress moderation!
