Hi my name is Cynthia and I seem to always be on a diet. I lose weight but then always come up with excuses, so I never reach my goal. I know how to maintain my weight but what I want is to loose weight, so i can wear nice clothes and feel better about myself. The last couple of years I have been very serious about loosing weight but then something happens that I go completely off track (excuses) I know I can do it and I am determined to reach my goal this year.
