I CAN'T BELIVE I'M IN THE 180'S! This is spectacular for me! I went for about a 3 mile walk with my friend yesterday and it felt wonderful, and with results like this, it is well worth walking in 90 degree weather. I'm going to be floating all day!

My dog walking client is taking a break for a while because her hours at work have been cut. That means the walking and jogging I did because it was so easy to fit in is no longer there. I have lost SOME weight, but nothing to brag about. I HAVE to start working out again. Period. End of story. I need a work out buddy :-(
