Good Morning FS community!🌞
We are at the start of week 4 of our challenge. I hope everyone is starting to get the hang of what their body likes/dislikes. Like I said before, this process takes time. I myself am still figuring this out. As I'm sure most of you are as well. Don't worry we will get there. Working out has been a problem for me as of late. However, I keep forgetting that anything that gets you moving is a workout. So when we take the stairs instead of the elevator we're working out. Or when we are baking, cleaning and many more daily activities, we are working out. So don't sell yourself short.
If you guys feel up to it and would like to share. Comment below your goal for week 4.
As always, remember it's not a sprint but a marathon. So good luck and remember to have fun otherwise it can feel like a chore. Also don't forget to do something special for yourself each day. Trust me, this helps!😊

Good Morning FS Community!🌞
Today is the start of week 3 of our challenge.
I'm sure there's been some losses and some gains. It's all apart of the learning process.
I myself am still learning what makes me retain water and what makes me lose. So don't see a gain as bad. See it as a chance to learn about your body. I encourage everyone to remember to always do small things for yourself. I found that this helps break up the monotony of constant routine.

I think I'm plateauing at this point.🤷🏽♀️ I'm going to try and buckle down on my carbs a bit more and see what happens.🤔 I have been eating a bit more carbs than I normally have. We'll see in about a week if carbs was the culprit.😅
On a side note I haven't been as active lately. Due to being more hands on with my mother's health. So I do apologize for not being as supportive as of late. My mother recently lost her sight. So it's been a bit difficult for me to focus on my goals. I know the stress of doing everything is probably why I'm plateauing. However, I just have to find my center. Hopefully they will be able to restore sight back in one of her eyes. Her surgery for that is today and therefore I won't be back on here today. Sorry to dump my crap on you guys.😩

What are some of your goals for the new week?
Remember it's a lifestyle change and with life there are many ups and downs. Weight loss is the same. So don't be discouraged when the number goes up. It's apart of the process. Again it's a marathon not a sprint. You've got this everyone!💪🏽☺️
