So I'm pretty sure this is water weight. Since I've been feeling a bit bloated lately. On the plus side it's nice to feel normal again.😊 The downside, shark week starts anyday now, so.😩 I'm going to try and squeeze in a good workout before that happens lol.😅 Since that's the only time I'm horrible at working out. I usually find every excuse not to.🙄😫

So today's workout plan will be a total body workout I think. Honestly I prefer total body workouts anyway.

Machine Exercises:
50 Leg Extensions
50 Pectoral Fly
50 Seated Chest Press
100 Weighted Standing Crossover Crunches
50 Behind the Head Lat Pull Down
50 Reverse Hand Lat Pull Down

Core, Leg and Glutes Exercises:
100 Alternating Step Up Forward Lunges
50 Weighted Single Leg Bridges (L&R)
50 Side Leg Raises (L&R)
50 Single Leg Raises (L&R)
50 Standing Leg Swings
100 Reverse Crunches

Okay I think that'll tie me over, just in case I skip a day or two on shark week lol.
