Ok... hopefully this will get me back on track.
I went to the doctor, and besides a big Vitamin D deficiency I have issues with my blood pressure.
I HAVE to exercise and lose weight, is not an 'option' anymore... No matter what I eat, I will recorded, no matter what I will exercise, I will walk and I will succed. I owe it to myself.

Argghh! what an awful weekend!... I hate Spring Break! Yeah, I did have lots of fun, but I ate like a pig and now I'm paying the consecuences... every bit of weight I lost, I had gained back. I'm so discouraged! I feel like I'm never going to succed. I know the talk down on myself isn't going to work, but at times I feel like this is a lost battle!... I'm so frustrated, but even so I'm not completly willing to give up, I packed fruit for breakfast with the hopes to get back on track... *sigh*... this sucks.
