Alright, already.
I've deleted every fatsecret reminder that comes in my email, but I gotta face the facts. I'm yo-yoing here. I feel like a big fat experiment. LOL. Always trying this or that. Nothing wrong with it, if you can find something to stick to.. and then actually STICK TO it.
Okay, I turn 30 in August and I promised myself last year I would not be overweight by that time. I'm not going to set a number yet, but I want to feel like I did my best by the time my birthday rolls aroumd. That's all I can ask of me.
I restarted JUDDDD on Monday and I'm already going down on the scale. I can't wait till I'm under my lowest weigh-in so I can experience that "high" I get when I'm doing so well.

I started hCG again last week. It works really well! I'm not supposed to eat anything with added fat during the VLC days, but I tried something and it's been working so far. Instead of eating lean meat, I eat how much I want and what kind I want. I also ditch the fruit. I take a multivitamin, so I don't think I'll get malnourished this way. I don't watch my calories, but I keep them close to the limit of the plan. I lost all the extra weight from Thanksgiving and I'm even at a newest low point! I guess I'll keep trying this out. My next tweak is to do ONE load day after 15-20 lbs lost without stopping the hCG. I think it's important to stop us from stalling on the dreaded 3rd or 4th week.. but I could totally be wrong ;) We'll see! Either way, it won't be the end of me.

Update!
Well, I did go ahead and mix JUDDD into this little plan. I'll be going back to phase 2 with hCG in the beginning of December. While I've been JUDDDing, I've been maintaining my weight, which is awesome. I was supposed to be maintaining in phases 3 and 4 anyway with hCG, so that's perfect. I technically was hoping to lose more weight while JUDDDing, but I'm not gonna rush it. And I could do JUDDD a little cleaner if I really meant business. I guess I'm just so glad to have my weight back to where it was and this time I'm getting even more compliments than before, so yippeeee! No new weight to log, but I thought I'd still do a journal entry. And there it was.

Well I hit what I can only describe as a setpoint for almost 2 weeks. It might be a good idea to go into Phase 3 now. However, I'm thinking of experimenting. I might want to mix these two last successful diets. Maybe instead of going into Phase 3, which is basically low carbing, I could do LC JUDDDD. That way, I could still slowly lose while letting the hCG out of my system. Then, I could resume the protocol in several weeks. Hmmm.. yes. I think I may be doing that.
