Oh wow! 5 lbs overnight! I had hoped that last week's horrendous gain was mostly water bloat. Looks like it was! I've lost 8 of the 13 lbs gained from only 2 days of intermittent fasting.
And I feel amazing like this. After thoroughly researching this, it makes total sense. The medical benefits alone are amazing! Weight loss is just another side effect. I mean, why WOULD we force our bodies to digest constantly? It needs time to focus on other things, like repairs and the immune system.
Eating like this takes away the horrible acne, the sluggish feelings, and I need less sleep because my body can work on repairs during the day AND night instead of being forced to only work at night. Oh and I'm motivated again to do hobbies that I long since forgot.
Think about this: we've got major food companies giving us just about anything BUT real food. When that makes us sick, the doctors get their paychecks and they write us a prescription. Drug companies TREAT illness, but ever wonder why they don't PREVENT it? No returning customers!

OMG. So I've been calorie restriction using intermittent fasting for two weeks. It went SO well. I dropped 13 lbs in 2 weeks. I was 249. Then last week I got a bad sinus infection and for SOME reason I pacify myself by eating. NON. STOP.. So I gained a bunch from last week. But whatever.. half the gain is probably coming right off. I'm back on the wagon today. I'm not stopping! Even if I get a little sidetracked.

Its like a sickness. Diet, binge. Every restart is higher than the last. Doing it the right way this time. No gimmicks. Just calorie restriction and LOTS of exercise. Florida in 10 weeks. Lets see how I do.
