I actually started this plan a week ago. I was 307 on Wednesday, March 30th. I officially weighed in the next day at 304. I've lost 7 lbs so far. I want to lose about 4 lbs a week so I can reach my goal of -75 lbs by my birthday, August 8th. Wish me luck!
Oh by the way, getting off Phentermine made me so hungry and out of control, I lost my will to diet and gained 100 lbs in no time flat. I'm smart, and I've heard that this will happen, but being fat makes you do drastic things. Back to cutting out the nasty sugar and white carbs that make me feel bad anyway.
