I just wanted to say something!
I am now 61, still no medication, I think if you eat the right foods, keep your weight to the correct level and be lucky enough to have good genes in your family history, many more years should follow!

Fixable Problem!
My twin brother and I bought new suits in March last year, we were told by a friend (female) they do not fit, yesterday we tried them on, the length of my pants were good, Barry's were long, our coats are to big across the shoulders.
My mother took one look, said Barry had lost so much weight around the stomach that his pants were slipping, my pants were ok because I am about 2kg larger, my pants do not slip.
Both of us have lost weight in the upper body so the coats do not fit properly! Now that is the sort of problem to have, one that is fixable! LOL.

Stop the processing, buy fresh fruit, cut it up, add low fat, no sugar yogurt or forget the whole exercise, enjoy!
