Hello! I’m 38yo and 6’2” tall and I’ve always been a “big guy”, a “hoss”, or a “Big ‘Un” for as long as I can remember. In other words I’ve been overweight most of my life and now that I have two young kids it’s time for that to change! I want to live longer (hopefully) and be able to spend time and keep up with them. I’m just focusing on calorie counting and cardio to drop the pounds right now and then will move over to weight training.
