This will be my first full day of calorie counting and starting the Get into the Habit challenge. (exercise 30min/daily) I made a healthy-ish recipe I found online last night for dinner and will continue today.
*Update*
So for today I tried to stick to what I would normally eat when not dieting to see how far I need to come. According to FatSecret I should be taking in 2100 calories daily, but that seems like for too many. I'm not sure how to recalculate to find out for sure what would be a good amount? At the days end I have only eaten 1400-ish. Tomorrow I will weigh-in again and also start cooking from some of the "diet" recipes to see if that helps kick off the weight loss.
