I weigh the same as yesterday even after eating less calories, but I'm not bothered. The good thing is I didn't put any weight on! Maybe tomorrow I'll lose another pound.

Stuck religously to counting my calories and the result was a pound loss this morning. So pleased it's working.
Today I've eaten less calories but just as much food. Mainly due to having a huge salad lunchtime, and a scratch cooked homemade chicken stew for dinner tonight which was yummy and filling.

losing 7.0 lb a week

First day of my fatsecret dairy. I have been honest with all my entries regarding everything that's passed my lips.
I set myself a targt of 1200 calories a day, as I want to lose a stone by June. Although 1600 a day would be more realistic but would take longer to lost the weight. I think I've done pretty good today. I've gone over 1200 but under 1600.
1467 calories today. I know why it's over 1200. I had a fry up for dinner. I couldnt face another salad so used up some food that was left in the fridge.
Tomorrow I'll probably go back to salad for dinner. I know my calorie intake will be around 1200 thn. I can see from my food diary that the bacon, eggs and baked beans were what piled up the calories. And although they're considered 'free food' with Slimming World, I had my doubts and am now glad I chose to leave SW and go it alone. As I had success last year doing my own thing. So I know I can do it. I will miss the group support there is with SW but there are so many things wrong with their 'diet' and the way they do things. I'm convinced their system is designed to take as long as possible for people to lose their weight, and making it easy for the weight to pile back on once you stop eating their way.
I know I've done the right thing.
I'm so glad I found fatsecret, it's helping so much, teaching me portion sizes, which is where I was going wrong before.
