Day 20:
Exercise=good. Food choices=not so good.
I didn't eat loads of junk today..but I snacked a little...tsk tsk me. I should be more careful. It could have been a lot worse.

Day 19:
My calories for today are wayyy under what I should be eating. I felt full after meals and such, but I think I'll cut up some fruit or have an english muffin as a snack. I don't want to under nourish myself... that can't be too good either...
I like the idea of making a smoothie for breakfast though. I was stuffed--and it was only 124 calories. That's insane! I love it :)
I'm going to go work out and then maybe eat a little something.

Day 16:
I haven't exercised in days... Gah. I'm so disappointed in myself. The worst part is that my friend is coming over tomorrow night, so I can't then, and on Thursday we won't be home so I can't work out then either...
I'm hoping to get a lot of exercise crammed into my weekend and to cut the calories a little harder this week to sort of "make up" for my lack of exercise.
We'll see...

Day 13:
We had some friends over Thursday, and went out last night, so I didn't have time to update my food diary etc. I did this morning though. Seems I'm still doing good.
Haven't had time to excercise in the last two days, but I plan to do a lot today. The boyfriend will be out shopping with his brother, so I can sweat in peace haha.
I had a few chips last night when we were visiting some friends :( I feel guilty...but I know that before this "diet" started, I would have sat and ate the whole bag... so I think two handfuls is a HUGE improvement.
At work on Thursday, they had a retirement party for one of my cooworkers.. I avoided it so that I wouldn't eat the food haha! They had cake for the May birthdays yesterday and I didn't have any of that either. I'm so strong! haha
All in all, I think I'm doing really well. I've lost more weight since my weigh-in. But I'll hold off another 3 days before I update on the site.
