Day 24:
I don't know where all my energy came from, but I worked out more than usual tonight! Yay :) If I keep this up, I'll definitely have a loss by my next weigh in. I even did my 30 sit ups and 30 crunches for the challenge I'm doing. Woo! :)

Day 23:
I rocked today! I'm so proud of myself. I ate well, I didn't even have dessert! Then, my best friend came over and we had an exercise date. I did a full 30 minutes (I thought I would die, but I did it). I feel so optimistic now! We're going to get together once a week. At least now I know that at least once a week I will get a really intense work out. :)

Day 22:
Tomorrow is my weigh-in. I'm afraid there will be a gain--I haven't been trying as hard as last week. I just hope the gain doesn't discourage me...I get discouraged so easily... Part of the reason why I haven't been doing so well this week. I will work out tonight, hopefully...
