Dream
I had the strangest dream. I don't remember a lot about the dream itself but one thing I remember distinctly was looking over my shoulder, seeing myself in the reflection of some windows or something... and I was fat again. Highest weight again.
In the dream, I looked back down at myself, and I looked normal, but over my shoulder, I looked fat. In the dream I looked at my real self and the reflected self, back and forth, several times.
I was fat in my reflection, and I remember thinking that must be how I actually looked to people.

Binge Monster
When I get extremely hungry, I binge-snack, and my kind of binge-snacking is impossible to keep track of until it shows up on the scale. Grabbing a handful of pecans or a spoonful of sunflower seed butter every time I walk by the cabinet, for example. It's almost like a monster rises up inside me and MAKES me do things.
I hate it.
This is how I visualize my Binge Monster... Gorefiend from World of Warcraft. He has a huge mouth right in his stomach and he just sucks everything in.
I feel your pain, my man.

Meh. Not unexpected since I had some chocolate yesterday. I also didn't journal my food like I should. It makes a difference, it really does!
