Interesting....Doing good but really sore right now...Haven't felt this for a few months, I forgot how uncomfortable it is. But I do remember that all this pain paid off so I'm heading back in the right direction. Gonna do the 12 week program again, exactly as before and I should lose another 30 lbs.

I told myself it was ok to eat whatever I wanted from Thanksgiving to Chritstmas and now I am paying for it. I feel extremely bloated, sluggish and blah. Finally did spin class today after a 3 week break from the gym. Boy did it kick my butt - but I used my new heart rate monitor and it said I burned 466 Kal in 35 minutes. Can't wait to see what the 45 minute class does for me.
