Brown Rice Pasta
It tastes like the real thing! You cook at 1 or 2 minutes and then take it off the burner and let it sit for around 20 minutes. The brand I got was "Tinkyada" - never heard of it, but anyway - outside of package reads...wheat free, gluten-free, good consistent texture (that's true) not mushy (also true) - cholesterol free, low fat, low sodium, source of fiber and easy to digest...anyway - I made some yesterday because my stomach was upset - made some vegetable broth and added some of the pasta (after I cooked it) and it was really good.

Brown Rice Pasta
Have any of you Smashers tried brown rice pasta?! I got some at the health food store - it's made out of brown rice, carrot powder, tomato powder, spinach powder and water (those are the ingredients) so completely and totally acceptable in Phase 1! I made some yesterday and it's very good. Remember your serving size though! It's a nice change.
