Well, here I go. Wish me luck. I hate that my graph has to shoot up like that...I like it to go down. But that would only have happened if I had not spent the last couple of months eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted.

Thanks to all the encouragment here (it really does help!) I'm motivated and back on track. Yesterday I walked/ran 40 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the elliptical. Then took Herschel for his walk for almost a mile. Ate healthy foods - had a smoothie before my visit to the Y (gym) --made an eggwhite omelette with tomatoe and soy cheese. Had an apple for a snack. Then for dinner made a lasagna-type casserole and a big salad for dinner. I used brown rice pasta - no sugar tomatoe sauce - organic spinach, baby portabellas and tofu -got the recipe from a vegan website and made modifications. Today I'm working 3-1l shift and on call until 3 a.m...so going to take it easy on the "work-out." Maybe take the dog for a walk and take my leftover "lasagna" to work with me for dinner and some fruit.
