OH MY... Im just a few hours from my 24 hour fast- It is strange- my brain says that Im hungry - but im really not (no grumbellies) I know that at noon im going to really enjoy lunch... this is going to work becassue i am also thinking healthy becasue of not eating -im not thinking of junk... I will also be sprinking a capsule of glocomanan into my meals (extra natural fiber and makes you full) I have a plan- now i need to stick with it and not over do on the wine or cadberry crunchy eggs LOL- thanks for my new buddy- I actually know that there are real people out there now!!!

I need to go and gulp another glass of spicy lemonaide- this fasting business is not easy... Its not that I am hungry it is that I know that I am not supposed to eay until noontime tomorrow and it is as though THAT is making me hungry SILLYNESS- I really feel positive that if you stay busy this is the best way to loose weight and change your eating patterns- realize that you have a strange relationship with food that isnt about hunger and fueling your body... I wish someone were doing this with me but maybe once it works I can convince people to join me :)

Going to work out this am then have breakfast- then mix up my lemonaide cocktail to take to work with me - It is going to be a long day but I think this new plan I made is really going to work!
