Breakfast 919 calories (32% of my daily calories) 38g protein, 49g fat, 93g carbohydrates. 2 eggs + 2 egg whites, 2oz sheep’s milk feta, jalapeño, 1/2 of a medium avocado, 1 large plantain air fried in coconut oil, salt, and cinnamon, 1 sliced pear.
