Hi everyone! I don't have any new situation...I'm 32 and have noticed the weight creeping on. I'm single, no kids and keep busy with work and need to be more active. My work has a gym which I'm making a goal to go to at least 3 -4 times a week. I like exercising...my challenge is food and food choices. Since I'm single, its so much easier to go out and get something instead of messing up the kitchen. I am hoping to meet some new friends so we can encourage each other and share recipes.
