Sorry people I have finally cracked up I am having dreams that are totally weird making comments on FS that don't make sense , this is happening when I need to pull myself together I feel like the kid who took a pin into a inflatable school🙃

This is what i did for yesterday's Cheltenham Gold Cup.
Traditional pub lunch fish and chips washed down with a few pints, well it was a Friday!

I now avoid all mirrors I look and see how far I have gone down, but I look back and think before i begun to fall apart in the last six months . During lock down I gave up drinking for 154 days took to walking the whole of the local golf course walking up to 10 miles a day , lost three stones got many compliments I must get back to that and I will best wishes everyone ❤
