I amazed that everything seems to be stable I have a few bad days but FS family helps a lot.😀

I should lose a bit of weight tomorrow because i have four house viewings which I will have to walk 🚶🚶🚶🚶 to because I don't drive! I think looking at Google maps total distance covered will be 7 miles!
I will certainly sleep well tomorrow night!

Slowing dropping my stress levels. Instead of going down the pub and getting a take away on the way home, back to healthier eating. Steak with vegetables.

Weight is slowing going up, I must refocus and start again.Need to destress, maybe giving online chess and start going for walks again now the weather is good?🙃
