You know what I don't like about this site, when you are recording what you've eaten for the day and you can't find the appropriate food in their data base that matches up to what you've eaten. Especially for home cooked food. That is aggravating as hell. How do you determine how much fat and calories is in something you've cooked at home that has multiple ingredients? I hate that!

Eh. Didn't lose as much as I expected to and I contribute that to not keeping track of what I was eating. I really have to stay on top of documenting my diet. However, I did gain muscle and lost fat this go round, so that's a good thing. It evens out.

I've been away from the site for a week or better. I kinda got tired of posting what I eat everyday. I needed a break. Not posting didn't really effect the way I ate, I still was mindful of what came across my plate. But at the same time, I need to get back on track with keeping up with calorie and fat gram count. I hope I stay motivated and continue to record my meals. It gets redundant after a while for me.
