I am shocked that I only gained .4.....I went and binge ate this week...BAD. I need to refocus so this tiny gain, doesn't turn into a mountain. Hubby is home! yaaaay!

ARGHHHHH!!!! I am soooo tired! Neighbors decided to have a party on a TUESDAY night! Argh! The beauty of condo living I guess. Their living room/dining room area is on the other side of our bedroom wall! Sooooo sleepy! These are renters of the unit, so who knows how long they will last…but man…I hope they don’t have any more during the week!
I've been eating anything and everything since Saturday night! =( All it seems to take a one night of eating something bad and then I've been spiraling downward ever since! I'm trying my hardest to regain focus on eating today, so I'm not a complete disaster with Friday's weigh in…but its HARD! Hubby is away until Friday, I'm tired from lack of sleep…and my body is still coming down from the hormones I have had to take for the past 3 weeks to try and get Aunt Flo to visit…so that could be playing a factor in all this too.
I wish I could figure out how to turn around being an emotional eater…into something non-food! Bad day….or I should probably say week.
