I ate chickfila with my brother. I should of known better. The whole time i felt bad.
I didn't finish it all either, which makes me very happy that i'm beginning to realize when I'm full. It's been awhile since that has happened.
I think I've been confusing thirst for hunger..
Hopefully i just didn't blow everything today. :(

I'm actually tired! Usually I perk up at night, but maybe the fatty avocado is making me tired, haha..
I LOVE green smoothies. At first I was scared to try one, but they are great! definetly will be a breakfast item though. I need to make myself eat more in the morning..
It's hard to eat in the morning. I have to take my medicine on an empty stomach and gulp a full glass of water with it (then wait an hour...). By then, I've lost my appetite and my "breakfast" is my lunch. (which is a no-no).
After this week ends of walking at least 30 min a day, I'm going to start the treadmill and build running endurance. Now.. where's a good sports bra..?
I love grab and go things to eat in the morning. However, all my grab and go stuff was not healthy.

I seem to have a problem eating a lot of sugar- I love fruit. It's hard for me to eat meat. I never crave it. I constantly crave fruit and vegetables. I always thought fruit was safe to snack on, maybe I was wrong.
I did eat a mini muffin again. I need to give the darn things away! I don't know why I let this recipe convince me it was low-cal/healthy for a muffin.
I also like skim milk. It calms my stomach. However, it's also high in sugar and should not be a daily occurrence. I can't convince myself to switch to a soy product.
I've started to drink water on a daily basis now. I've completely cut out soda from my life, which is an accomplishment because i grew up drinking nothing but sodas. Maybe that is why I crave fruit, because I'm used to the sugar.
I'm trying to change my diet slowly. As a college student, I admit i've always gotten fast food, studied, stayed up late, worked, etc. Now I realized that health will always pay off.
So far I am
-Drinking more water
-No fast food
-Going to exercise (this is mental challenge for me- every time i've worked out before I've always gained weight, gained inches. I don't know what happens or why).
Next step?
-Work on adjusting carb, fiber, and sugar counts
-Keeping up with exercise when school starts back up
-Making sure I eat breakfast, and try to split everything in six meals
-Plan Meals
