Ok, so I've been at this since Tuesday (I know odd day, but this is the day I went back to work). I have really been doing good. I'm sticking to goal of 1,200 to 1,400 calories, exercising at least 30 minutes a day and increasing my water. Why in the world am I up .4 lbs. Grant it nothing I'm doing is overly strenous, but my target heart rate is going over 150 and I'm breaking a light sweat.
