Well, I'm very upset with myself. I was doing so very well this week, and tonight, the hubby said "let's order delivery". I picked out a seafood pasta dish that is all "free food" for my diet, and would have been fine... until I just HAD to add in some zeppole, fried dough coated with powdered sugar. AND ate a bunch of them! I am SO ashamed of myself for giving in so quickly, only 4 days into my new life! So I'm publicly shaming myself, so that I wont do it again anytime soon! I know I'll slip here and there, it's actually allowed in my diet... but to do it so badly, and only 4 days in? BAD GIRL CHAR, VERY BAD GIRL! :-(

I just LOVE the first week when starting a new dietary regimen! You know if you're doing it right because the weight just melts off of you. My first time around, back in 2012, I broke my ankle 4 days into my first week, so while I lost weight, I didn't get to fully appreciate the "melting effect". But this time around? I'M MELTING, I'M MELTING! Almost makes gaining all this excess weight worth it! ALMOST! ;-D

Ok, I just jumped back on the bandwagon on Monday, after gaining 24 pounds and NOT being able to use it by recording my food in a journal. For some reason, using the online journals works for me, while doing it on paper doesn't. What's really strange is that the diet I'm following now, Slimming World, DOESN'T REQUIRE JOURNALING!lol BUT... since Monday, I'm down 4.2 pounds, 182.2 to 178.0. Haven't done a weigh-in yet, I like to keep that to once a week, but seems that again, using an online format is what it takes to make it work for me! I AM ECSTATIC! :-D

This morning's breakfast. This is my "go to" breakfast, a home made egg McMuffin (in my case Egg MaMuffin!), fruit, and my lovely blueberry black tea! And yes, you can lose weight eating like a Queen! ;-)
