What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
When I met my fiance I was 160 - still "overweight" for my 5'4" frame but I looked good and was healthy. I was also 26 and had just went thru a very traumatic point in my life. My fater passed away from a Heart attach at 56 (December 05) and things weren't going well at home. When I finally moved out of my house (2007) and into an apartment with my wonderful fiance I got "comfortable" - 206lbs of comfort to be exact. After seeing myself in a photo at a friends house I realized I was OMG FAT! I went on WW. I lost 50 lbs and was now 155. I felt great but then another snag - my fiance lost his job and we had to move in with his parents. I lost control of what I was eating and gained it all back twice as quick than when I lost it
. Now at 196 I've been going to the gym regularly and have been eating healthy again. I can feel myself becoming healthier and there will be nothing more gratifying than having to have my wedding dress altered - SMALLER - when I go for my first fitting on March 24th!
