I really blew my healthy eating on my overnight trip and expected a gain when I got on the scale this morning but was pleasantly surprised to see I had lost 1/2 pound! Now to try to have a good weekend so I can have a loss when I step on the scale at WW on Monday.
I was proud of myself for getting up at 5am to drive in for the 6am spin class. Then was disappointed to find out that they have dropped the class! But it was okay, I spun on my own for 30 minutes and did some weights and walked on the track.

I'm getting back into the Weight Watcher routine and have to say that I am enjoying the structure. Next week will be a challenge as I'll be traveling to Pierre on a charter bus and will be gone two days. The bus ride is long and boring and I tend to eat for entertainment. I must start planning now!

I am enjoying the WW program this time around! Healthy foods are promoted much more but you can still budget your points to work in some indulgences - I look forward to my 2 glasses of wine while watching a movie over the weekend! My husband and I have turned into such home bodies, I am afraid we are hibernating away the weekend. Last weekend was the first time we did not go out to eat in forever (I'm talking several years - really). It was good for both the pocket book and in keeping with the program. Tonight I need another super quick supper so I think it will be lean hotdogs with chili on light buns - one of my favorite meals! And by eating lighter versions of my favorite foods I am not feeling deprived. I'm also looking forward to some non-food stress relievers and rewards. Next week I have my hair cut at a new salon, I'm going to work towards growing my hair out a bit into a new style. And I think the following week I am going to try a frech manicure :) I am so enjoying feeling more in control of my eating and it seems that other areas of my life are also more in control and less chaotic when I take control of my eating!
