Hallo, ich versuche, Körperfett zu verlieren und gleichzeitig Muskeln aufzubauen. Mir ist klar, dass die Waage mir wenig hilft, festzustellen, wie viel Körperfett ich verliere, da ich ja gleichzeitig Muskeln aufbaue (...). Hat jemand Erfahrung damit? Wie kontrolliert ihr eure Erfolge?
