Recovering from hip replacement surgery 11/19/2013. Excercise 3Xwk water aerobics for 45-min sessions; 2Xwk weight resistance/balance/stretch exercise Fit 19. Homemaker; volunteer church office work; Assistance League Capistrano District for children's educational programs. Enjoy floral design, sewing, scrapbooking, Bible study, cooking. I also like to add in extra walking during the week in 20-60 min segments several times a week.
