I’m going to weigh in a day early because I made my goal for this week and I really want to celebrate by going out to eat tonight with my family! I can’t believe how far I’ve come- when I look in the mirror though I don’t see (almost) 70 pounds lost. Idk it’s weird 🤷🏻♀️ Super happy time be halfway through my week and only 9 more days of mandatory overtime it left. It’s really starting to wear on me.

This next week I’ll be pushing to get into the 70’s!! I am wearing size 20 jeans now and 1X/XL shirts! I need to really seriously start contemplating incorporating exercise into this diet. Anyone have any good sites to reference for a gym regime?

I went out and bought 2 XXL sweaters yesterday, one Columbia and one NCAA brand. To my surprise I have to take the Columbia one back and get a XL because the XXL is too big!! The NCAA one isn’t far behind. Most of my excitement is a lot of clothes go up to XXL- I’m no longer limited to just the plus size section. I can go into almost any store/section and find a XXL or in some cases a XL 😁
Today I’ll be going through my dresser and clearing out all my old clothes, I literally cannot wear any of them anymore because I swim in the shirts and all my pants fall down (including leggings)!

This week is going to be hard! Last night was the first of 4 Christmas Dinners we have scheduled this week. I honestly didn’t even feel like I ate that much yesterday but I had a 1.5 pound jump on the scale this morning, I’m assuming water weight from all the sodium. This is what I have to look forward to all week though, obviously discouraging but I’ll recover the next week. Oh and speaking of next week, I start mandatory overtime January 1st, 18 extra hours each week 😭 I’m super dreading this but with all the extra money we could go do something fun together, maybe go on a vacation?! I’m probably going to need one after anyways lol.
