Didn't record what I ate yesterday and I ate around 200 calories more! Recording makes a big difference!

Is it reasonable to say that a cup of coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar and about 3 tablespoons of 1% milk is around 50 calories?

I didn't record on Saturday and Sunday. I think week-ends are going to be a challenge for me. I will think of a plan for next week-end. Next up, weigh-in!

The wii scale reads 140 and the regular scale reads 138.5. I went with the wii scale, which is worse case scenario.

9.0 lb
Diet followed reasonably well
