My goal is to drop 5 lbs this week. Last week even though I was in phase 1 I ate approx. 4 ounces of meat every other day. I am going to completely cut the meat this week and get in at least 4 days of cardio and 3 days of abs. I can't let my team down! Plus I want to get into those leather pants comfortably. lol! :) I was able to squeeze in a 30 minute DVD. I was tired but I pushed myself and I feel great.

I have decided to really take control of the things in my life that make me unhappy. Number one my weight. No more being depressed then over eating b/c I'm depressed, then being even more depressed b/c I over-ate! Life is way too short to let things that we can control make us miserable. I am down another pound! I am amazed at how fast this plan works and because I'm losing by exercising and eating healthy food opposed to fasting etc., I know the results will last. I am going to fit in a 30 minute DVD and going for a 45 minute walk in the neighborhood this morning. I have a brunch date and I am going to stick to fruit and an omelette. :) I just remembered that I have a pair of leather pants I have been wanting to get back into since college. Maybe I'll be in them by New Year's Eve!

I am up half a pound :( It's that TOM for me so I know that's the culprit because I have been following my diet and exercising all week. I'm gonna push myself to work out and make sure I stick to my eating plan.
