Today I did 10 girl pushups, 15 pelvic scoops(which i can feel in my front thighs!), 20 minutes of yoga/stretching, 30 sec plank and I tried to do curl ups but I couldn't even do 1 corecctly. I feel so sore right now so maybe my yoga class was a little harsh lol. I'm worried about my back strength because when i hug my knees and try to do a roll up i end up shooting my self forward with my legs and not pulling with my stomach. And that never happened before so I hope that gets better. I wish you could put in the number of say pushups or whatever you did instead of how long.
