I am starting my 2nd week on FS and I am so glad I have found it, I love reading the posts and I feel at home here and for the first time in years I feel motivated to do something about my weight and I feel this time I will succeed. this week I will record everything I eat and try to incorporate some exercise like going out for a walk and using the stairs at work instead of the lift
Looking forward to the coming week

Really happy with my first week although I was away with work for the past week I stuck to it,
Just home from a barbi at my friends and have managed to stay with in my cals really happy about this and had 2 glasses of wine looking forward to the coming week

Today is the start of a new me it is the day I sort out my issues with food and yoyo dieting 63lb to lose, I am not going to say I am dieting as anytime I do I start to obsess about food so here goes my healthy eating journey, I can and will do it onwards and downwards
